Free Screening of “Gasland” and Q&A with visiting professor

Even if you already feel informed about fracking, you can always use a refresher course.  And if you still aren’t sure of the details of what fracking does to the environment or how it affects those who live nearby, Josh Fox’s 2010 gasland-poster1documentary “Gasland” is a must-see.

At 7:30 on Wednesday March 27, Cornell University will screen “Gasland” free of charge in the Schwartz Center for the Performing Arts at 430 College Avenue.

It will be followed by a Q+A with Glenn Albrecht, an environmental philosopher and professor of sustainability at Murdoch University.
