Free Screening of “Gasland” and Q&A with visiting professor
Even if you already feel informed about fracking, you can always use a refresher course. And if you still aren’t sure of the details of what fracking does to the environment or how it affects those who live nearby, Josh Fox’s 2010 documentary “Gasland” is a must-see.
At 7:30 on Wednesday March 27, Cornell University will screen “Gasland” free of charge in the Schwartz Center for the Performing Arts at 430 College Avenue.
It will be followed by a Q+A with Glenn Albrecht, an environmental philosopher and professor of sustainability at Murdoch University.
